About Me
Wincy Kung is an illustrator, artist, spatial designer, and facilitator from Hong Kong and living in London. She enjoys working on culture, heritage, and architecture through storytelling. She holds a master's degree in MA Illustration (Distinction) at the University of Arts London, Camberwell College of Arts. and is a graduate of the School of Design, Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Her project Bamboo Craft Festival (2022) has won several prestigious awards in the fields of art, illustration, architecture and design, including the Asia Winner of Art for Change Prize 2024, winner of the World Illustration Awards, gold medal in the Society of Illustrator 65th and International Design Award, New Discovery of the Year in Architectural Master Prize, awards from A' Design Award, Design Educate Award, Japanese Illustration Award, Hiii Illustration Award and The Architectural Drawing Prize. Her work has been exhibited in London, Hong Kong, New York City, Germany, Beijing, Greece, Shenzhen and featured on various design social media such as DesignBoom.
